Monitoring results are sent to your inbox as a ticket, as you are used to from your social media channels. A separate ticket is created for each result.

These tickets are stored in the inbox like regular tickets and can be archived after viewing.

You can show and hide the monitoring channels like normal channels on the left side in the channel overview to keep the overview. Here you also have the option to filter by individual social media channels of the monitoring channel:
