The following actions create tickets:

  • Reviews of the company information on Google

  • Rating updates: In case a rating is changed by a user, the corresponding ticket will be updated accordingly.

Additional information and limitations of the Google MyBusiness API:

  • Only one comment or reply per rating can be posted via

  • Responses to reviews can be amended by the owner directly on Google MyBusiness - even afterwards
