Default Replies are predefined reply templates that are displayed and sent with every comment reply in the text field.

This can be set individually for each channel and can be found in the settings under the menu item Inbox:

With a click on "Edit" any text can be selected as a Default Reply. Here you can also select placeholders, which then automatically adapt to the name of the user directly or the user:

When replying to comments, a default reply will look like this in the text field:
