If you get an error message when replying to a comment/ticket, it's probably because the post/comment was deleted from the social media platform. This also applies to attempts to hide comments. Swat.io is unfortunately not informed about the interface of deletions in all cases and therefore continues to display the comment, for example.
If you get an error message, please try the following:
Check if the post or comment is still present on the social media platform. This is easily done by clicking on the timestamp of the post or comment:
This will take you directly to the corresponding post/comment on the social media platform.
If the post is not displayed, it was probably deleted.
In case the comment still exists, it is directly "jumped to" and highlighted. If this is not the case and you are only shown the corresponding post without the highlighted comment, you can assume that the comment has been deleted.
