The Publisher includes all content planning and publishing functions. The calendar with the corresponding channel list of the current workspace can be found in the Publisher. This is where you can see all planned and already published contributions.

On the left side you will find the channel filter to show and hide individual channels. In addition, the categories on the top left allow filtering by post status or assignment: only posts assigned to you, other assigned posts, ready and already published posts.

The "Create Post" button allows you to create posts for all channels hooked into the workspace. You can search for specific posts using the search function.

All community management functions can be found via the inbox. Here you can find all tickets that have been created for the respective posts. A ticket is created as soon as a post is published on or imported from a social media platform, all collected comments/messages of your community can be found here. In the inbox all comments, private messages as well as mentions of your page show up.

The tickets in the inbox can also be filtered with the channel list on the left as well as narrowed down in the view according to new, marked, assigned to you or assigned to other users. You can also find the entire ticket archive in the left bar. Each ticket has its own ID or ticket number. With the search function, tickets can be easily found again via the ID number.
