The user settings can be edited via the User icon -> Settings and then in the navigation bar under Account -> Preferences.

The following settings can be made here:

  • Interface Language

    • The user interface in can be displayed in German or English.

  • Timezone

    • Each user can set their preferred time zone. Posts and comments are displayed with the time of the specified time zone. This only changes the display for the respective user, the actual time e.g. for scheduled posts does not change by changing this setting.

  • Tickets behaviour after an action

    • Here you can define which action is to be executed after replying/archiving/ignoring a ticket. The setting "Show inbox" will redirect you to the view of your inbox after archiving a ticket.

  • First Day of Week

    • Monday or Sunday can be set as the first day of the week for the calendar view.

  • Out of office

    • If the "Out of office" note is deactivated, other team members can assign you posts/tickets. If it is enabled, you cannot be assigned posts/tickets by other team members.
