In order to add a Pinterest account to as a new channel, the following requirements must be met:

  • The Pinterest account has to be a business account. You can also convert an existing account to a business account. For more information on that topic, please follow the link.

  • To add the Pinterest account to, you must be logged in to with your business account.

You can now connect your Pinterest account with by simply clicking on "Add" in the General Workspace settings. Then select "Pinterest" as the channel type and follow the steps shown.

A Pinterest channel in can only be linked to the publisher to create posts, community management in the inbox is not available for Pinterest.
