In order to open a specific user profile, just click on the respective user's name in the ticket view at any time:

The following information can be viewed:

  • Location (if available)

  • Time of the user's last interaction in any channels of the workspace

  • Mood (can be added either manually in each post or through automations - to mark whether the user's interactions have positive, neutral or negative connotations)

  • Tags assigned to the respective user

  • Linking option to other social media profiles of the user

  • Tickets in which the user has interacted are listed below

  • In activity log on the right side you can add internal comments for each user

Additionally you can find a button for the export of all interactions of a single user. A certain timeframe or a search term can be selected to make it even more precise:

By clicking on "Select all", all tickets of the user can be selected (you can also deselect them manually), in order to perform the following actions for a desired number of tickets:

  • Assign ticket(s) to specific persons

  • Add tags

  • Mark specific tickets (star)

  • Ignore tickets

  • Archive tickets

Tickets of users can additionally be filtered by public comments and private messages of the user:
