Currently, our supported channel types are limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, GoogleMyBusiness, Pinterest, WhatsApp and email. However, as an alternative, we offer so-called "Content-Planning" channels, which allow you and your team to use all those features that are related to the planning of a post. For example, XING or Snapchat channels can be created and newsletters can be added in this way.

Note: Content planning channels do not have an interface connection to the respective network. However, by using them, you can use the editorial planning for these channels in your calendar. cannot publish the posts for you, but you can use all of's collaboration features for the editorial process.

To add a new content planning channel, click on the User icon -> Settings and then on Workspaces -> General in the navigation bar. Select Channels in the top bar and click Add.

Then select the option "Content-Planning Channels".

Now you will be offered a list of different channel types, such as creating a newsletter channel or adding Snapchat, Tumblr, Vimeo or a XING channel. Of course, it is also possible to add a channel and give it a name yourself - click "Other" to do so.

Complete the process by giving the channel a name and then clicking "Add Channel".
