New feature - The Billing page 💰

Swat.io users having admin roles can now access the Billing page in the Administration section of Settings.

This feature is available by default to all new customers starting from the 28th of January 2022.

This is an On Request feature for current customers. Contact our support team to enable this feature.

On the Billing page, admins will find:

  • The billing history - containing the list of invoices. For each invoice, admins will see the date, status, invoice number, and total amount. Admins can use the download button for any invoice and download the PDF invoice on their devices.

  • The length of their billing cycle

  • The next invoice date

  • The billing information - that they can easily update

  • The primary payment option

  • Fixed some scrolling issues on the Ticket Detail page.

  • Fixed an issue that caused long comments to not be correctly displayed. Users can now expand/collapse long comments.

  • Fixed an issue that caused the story post in content planning channels to not be saved.

  • Fixed an issue that caused a lot of unwanted Pinterest posts to be imported all at once.

  • Fixed a bug that caused posts containing links to not be correctly displayed in Calendar.

  • Fixed a bug that caused the view used to add a channel to not be displayed correctly.

  • Fixed a bug that caused missing messages with attachments in Whatsapp channels.

  • Fixed a bug that caused the images for comments on the Ticket Details page to not be correctly displayed.

  • Fixed an issue that caused the sorting of Analytics tags to not work correctly.

  • Fixed an issue in Ticket details on mobile, that caused some icons to not be visible.

  • Emoji tooltips in Composer are now OS sensitive, showing the right key combinations.

  • Fixed a bug in Composer that caused the character count to not work correctly.

  • Fixed a bug that caused tag dropdown views to not be displayed correctly.

  • Fixed a bug that prevented users from removing channels using the Internal alias

  • Improved the Automations creation process.
