You can add or edit your billing information and payment option at any time in your settings in the billing and plan tab. In order to have access to the billing tab you need admin rights for your organisation. On the right side of your page you will then find the option to add/edit your billing information and payment option.
You can add your billing information at the beginning of your trial or edit it at any time later. Here you can specify, the name, address or e-mail address to which the invoice should be issued. It is also possible to enter a VAT number, then all invoices will be issued in net prices. You can save your new billing information by scrolling down and click on the save button.
Furthermore, you can also add or edit your preferred payment method. Currently only payments via credit cards are possible. You can find more detailed information about which credit cards we accept in this article.
