Where to find the AI Optimization?
The “AI Optimization” button appears as soon as there is text in the post field.
Clicking it opens all available options.
Which options are available and what do they do?
Translate
Translate your text into different languages to reach a broader audience.
Supported languages:
Chinese, Czech, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Icelandic, Italian, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Finnish
Insert Emojis (via slider)
Choose whether emojis should be automatically added to your post.
Insert Hashtags (via slider)
Choose whether relevant hashtags should be automatically included.
Select Tone (optional)
Adjust the style of your post. Examples:
Authentic: honest & natural
“Let’s explore the fascinating story of the first moon landing together!”Concise: short & to the point

Adjust Text Length
Set a desired length between 10 and 3000 characters.
Note: The actual output may vary if the AI lacks enough context or the text is already optimal.
Optimize & compare versions
Click “Optimize” to apply changes.
Use “Back” to restore the original version.
Use “Forward” to return to the AI version for comparison.
AI Optimization when duplicating posts
Where is the option?
When duplicating a post, you’ll see “AI Optimization” in the same window.
How does it work?
Optimization follows the default channel settings.
These are defined by Admins or Workspace Admins under
Workspace → General → ChannelsAll organization members use these defaults when the AI feature is active.
