The calendar overview in Swat.io gives you a clear view of your scheduled content, including filter options, channel selection, and quick access to important functions such as exporting or post creation.
General structure
Post categories
Select which posts you want to display:
All: all posts created
Assigned to me: posts that you are supposed to edit
Assigned to others: posts assigned to other team members
Ready: approved posts
Published: content that has already been posted
Drafts: view all drafts
Channel list
Channels can be selected or deselected individually, just click on the channel name.
Use the checkbox next to “Channels” to select or deselect all channels at once.
Menu bar
You can select all posts at once using the checkbox at the top.
You can quickly create new posts using the “Create post” button.
Here you can also change the date, the calendar view, and export posts.
