Publisher brings together all functions related to content planning and publishing. In Publisher, you’ll find the calendar as well as the associated channel list of your currently selected workspace. Both planned and already published posts are displayed here.

Filtering Options

  • In the categories (top left), you can filter your posts by status or assignment – for example, posts assigned to you, posts assigned to others, scheduled posts, or already published posts.

  • With the channel filter (on the left), you can display or hide individual channels as needed.

Creating and finding planned posts

  • Use the “Create Post” button to create new posts for all channels linked to the workspace.

  • With the search function in the top right, you can quickly find specific posts without having to browse through your entire calendar.

Flexible display options

  • On the top right you can switch between compact and expanded view.

  • Additionally, the calendar can be displayed in day, week, month or list view depending on your preference.

  • Next to the “Today” button, which always takes you back to the current day’s view, you’ll also find options to filter the calendar by “approved,” “suggested,” or already “published” posts.

Swat.io Inbox

Inbox is the central hub for community management in Swat.io. Here you’ll find all incoming messages from the channels yo have added to Swat.io (tickets). These tickets are automatically created either by posts published in Swat.io, imported posts or by private messages received directly from social media platforms. Each ticket bundles all comments, messages or @mentions from your community, giving you a clear overview of all interactions at any time.

Filter and search options

  • Channel list (left): Filter tickets by their respective social media channels.

  • Filters (left): Narrow down tickets by new, starred, assigned to you or tickets assigned to other users.

  • Archive (left): Access the complete ticket archive in the sidebar on the left.

  • Ticket ID: Each ticket has a unique ID (number), which allows you to easily locate it via the search function.

  • At the top center, you will also find the option to filter the current Inbox view by public comments or private messages.
