You can enable or disable comments on an Instagram post directly from your Swat.io ticket, even after the post has been published.
Disable Comments
Open the Instagram ticket from your inbox.
Click on "Disable commenting" located beneath the post.
Note: Once disabled, users will no longer be able to comment on the respective post.
Enable Comments
Reopen the Instagram ticket.
Click on "Enable commenting" at the same location.
Note: After re-enabling, all previously hidden comments become visible again, and users can post new comments.
