The User Profile aggregates all activities for individual social‑media users. Here, you get at-a-glance profile details, all relevant tickets, and ticket actions or internal notes.
How to Open a User Profile
In the Ticket Inbox, click on a user’s name or the User Profile button to open their User Profile. Swat.io will then display all interactions for that user in a dedicated overview.

In the Ticket Overview, you can select one or all tickets to perform the following actions:
Assign to a specific person
Add tags
Mark selected tickets
Ignore tickets
Archive tickets
