Explanation
This statistic displays the number of incoming comments and which actions (e.g. replied, hidden, deleted) you performed during a specific, selected period. The chart visualizes the daily values, while the table displays totals, averages and all key metrics.
Visualisation
The chart displays the number of incoming comments as well as all actions taken (e.g. hidden, deleted, replied) for each day within the time range you selected. This graph is also available for blocked users.
On the lower part in the table, you will find the total numbers and the average of all comment-related actions within the same selected time period for the selected channels.
Possible ways to filter the table
You can sort the table by various key metrics. All numbers reflect the selected time period on the top:
Comments: Total number of comments received
Average Comments: Average number of comments per day within the selected time range
Replied: Comments (either public or private ones), that were answered either via Swat.io or directly on the platform
Reply Rate: Percentage of comments that received a reply
Hidden: Number of comments hidden via Swat.io
Deleted: Number of comments deleted via Swat.io
Blocked Users: Number of users blocked via Swat.io
Message Length: Average length of all replies
