By default, posts from Swat.io are sent to Facebook only at the scheduled publishing time and are not visible on Facebook beforehand.

However, if you

  • want to run ads for a scheduled post, or

  • for other reasons want the post to appear on Facebook as a scheduled post in advance,

you can use the “Schedule on Facebook” feature.

Info: This option is only available if the post in Swat.io has first been given the status “Approved”.

With this option, the post is sent directly to Facebook as a scheduled post.

Facebook’s recommendation

Facebook suggests scheduling posts at “odd” times (e.g. 7:03 PM instead of 7:00 PM).
Reason: At exact times like 7:00 PM, publishing issues can occasionally occur.

Please note

  • Once sent, the post can only be edited directly on Facebook.

  • Changes made on Facebook will be synced back into the Swat.io Publisher, ensuring the post stays up to date there.

  • You can schedule ads directly in Facebook for this post.
