The notifications can be found in the settings (on the bottom left in the "Account" tab.
With a click on Notifications, you can access all notification settings of your own account.
Email notifications or in-app notifications can be completely disabled in this setting:
Notification settings are configured for each Workspace. Expand each row to fine tune notification settings for each channel in it.
Each notification can be set as desired for each channel. These can also be set individually for the publisher as well as the inbox:
