By default, when creating up a new organisation in, the "Billing and Plan" page for our self service customers will look like this:

In order for other users to have the tab "Billing and Plan" displayed in the settings-menu, the respective person needs to have admin rights for the organisation in, as only for users having organisational admin rights, the "Administration" section of the settings will is visible.

On the centre of the page you will be able to perform the following actions:

  • By clicking on the "Change plan"-button you have the possibility to up/ downgrade your plan

  • Add/remove channels to your payment plan for both Inbox and Publisher by clicking on the "Change plan"-icon.

  • There is an option to add/remove the amount of users being able to work in as well as there is the possibility to add/remove channels to the organisation. To do so, click the "Manage"-button in the "Users and channels"-section.

  • On the lower part of the page, the billing history is visible, showing you the latest payments to as well as the current status of these.

During the trial phase you will be able to switch between the plans free of charge to experience the differences between the different tiers - if you wish so. There is also the possibility to add or remove users and channels for trial purposes. The changes performed here will affect the first actual invoice to be paid after the trial phase has ended.

On the right side of the page the following information can be obtained and amended. All information displayed can also be amended:

The "Billing cycle" clarifies the frequency in which payments are made and shows the due date of the next invoice. You can save 16,67% in case you choose the annual payment option.

You can also see the saved "Billing information" with the possibility to change it. In the below screenshot you can see how this looks like and by scrolling down in the pop-up you can save the new information:

Furthermore, you can also add or edit your preferred payment method. Currently only payments via credit cards are possible. You can find more detailed information about which credit cards we accept in this article.
