General Information

Our free 21-day trial gives you the opportunity to explore Swat.io in full and test all features included in your selected plan extensively. During trial you are entitled to freely choose between our Small-, Medium- or Large-plans and even switch between the packages at any time during the trial in the administrational settings.

Note: The features available during the trial depend on which plan you selected. You can find an overview of all plans and their included features here.

Separate Trial for Publisher and Inbox

A trial for Swat.io can only be initiated once for both the Swat.io Publisher and our Inbox add-on - regardless of the selected plan. The trial for the Inbox add-on can be initiated at a later time, if you prefer. It can be activated directly in the Swat.io admin settings under Billing and License.”

Important: If you end the trial early, it will be deactivated immediately. In this case, starting another trial for the same product will not be possible.

Trial for the Custom-plan

If you’re interested in testing our Custom-plan, please contact our Sales team directly through our pricing overview.

What happens after the trial?

Once your trial period ends, two possible scenarios apply depending on whether you have already added a payment method in Swat.io:

No Payment Method Added

If your trial ends and no payment information has been saved in Swat.io, the respective product will be deactivated automatically. However, you can reactivate it at any time from the Billing and License section. All previously stored channels, tickets, and data will remain available for a limited time but cannot be accessed or used without an active license.

Payment Method Added

If your trial expires and you have already added a valid payment method, the first month following the trial will be billed automatically. In this case, you will see the date and amount of the first automatic charge displayed directly below overview on the page.

In any case you will additionally receive an email confirmation before your trial period ends.
