Cancelling your Swat.io subscription

In order to cancel your Swat.io license, visit the the Administration-settings in your Swat.io account. In the “Billing” tab, you’ll find the button to cancel your license:

There you'll have two options to choose from:

1. Cancel plan immediately

If you select this option, access to the respective Swat.io product (either Publisher or Inbox) will end immediately after your confirmation.

Important: There will be no refund for the remaining time in your current billing period.

2. Cancel plan renewal

This is the option we are generally recommending: You’ll retain full access to your Swat.io product until the end of your current billing period. After that, your license will not renew automatically and your access to the cancelled product will end.

You can reactivate your license at any time if you decide to continue using Swat.io.

Tip: We recommend choosing “Cancel plan renewal” to be able to continue using your product until the last paid day of your subscription.

We recommend to choose “Cancel immediately” only under specific circumstances. For example, if you want to stop using your Swat.io product immediately - even though it’s still paid for, such as to speed up the removal of data from Swat.io.

In regards to additional subscriptions on users, channels or workspaces in the “Large”-plan: These are always added license-wide across your entire Swat.io setup. So in case you cancel an Inbox add-on, the extra users, channels or workspaces will remain available and active for the Publisher product.
