Filter Options:

  • Unread: New comments that have not been processed yet.

  • Pinned: Comments in tickets that have been highlighted by you or your team.

  • Action Required: Comments that require action from Swat.io due to their content or have been highlighted.

  • Visible: All visible comments on the respective platforms.

  • Hidden: All comments that have been hidden in Swat.io.

  • Deleted: All comments that have been deleted in Swat.io.

  • Read: All comments that are marked as read in Swat.io.

If you want to focus on a specific time frame or the sentiment of your community, you can further subdivide these for better clarity.

Editing Multiple Comments at Once

In the comment list, you can select multiple comments at the same time - up to 20 at once.
As soon as a comment is selected, all available actions for the channel become visible, such as hiding or deleting tickets.

Please note: If you have selected comments from different platforms, some actions may not be available. This is because not all platforms support the same functions.
For more details, refer to the General Information section, where you can review the API possibilities of each platform.

"Show Ticket"

Using the “Show Ticket” tab, you can directly open the ticket in the side panel. This allows you to view all comments without having to switch views.
The following options are available here:

  1. Comment Section:
Here you can view the comment section of the ticket. You can also use all the functions available within the ticket itself.

Additional information can be found in the following article:
    Structure of a ticket

  2. Swat.io Internal Information:
In this section, you’ll find all internal information about the ticket, including the activity log.

  3. Navigate to the Ticket:
Opens the Ticket in a separate Browser Tab.
