General information
For all published Instagram and Facebook Story posts, statistics are imported after 24 hours. It does not matter whether the Story was scheduled in Swat.io Publisher or posted natively. Unlike natively on Instagram, these statistics are not deleted after 14 days.
Info: Swat.io Analytics currently supports insights for Instagram and Facebook Stories. Unfortunately, APIs for stories in other social medias are not yet available. However, we are closely monitoring developments and will expand our features as soon as the respective APIs allow it.
Breakdown of Individual Story Metrics
In the Stories section of Swat.io Content-Analytics, you will find the following key metrics to help you analyze the success of your content:
Reach
Shows the number of unique users who viewed your Story. Each user is only counted once, even if the story was watched multiple times.
Impressions
Indicates the total number of views of your Story - including repeated views by the same user. Every additional view by the same user increases the number.
Replies
Captures how often users responded to your Story via text or GIF.
Exits
Shows how often users exited your Story to return to the news feed.
Taps Forward
Indicates how often users tapped to skip forward to the next photo or video in your Story.
Taps Back
Shows how often users tapped back to return to the previous photo or video in your Story.
