You want to know how much reach your post achieved or how often users interacted with your content? This information can be found in Analytics under the “Content” section. There, navigate to “Posts.”

Important: Due to YouTube's developer policies, total values must not be displayed, if YouTube data is included. To view total values, please deselect all YouTube channels in the channel selection on the left.

Content Mix

How much reach did a post generate? How often did users interact with it?
This graph displays all posts published during the selected time frame, categorized by post type.

Swat.io differentiates between the following types:

  • Link

  • Photo

  • Text

  • Video

  • Reel

  • Document

Interactions

In this graph, you can see how often and in what ways people interact with posts published via Swat.io.

Community interactions with posts from the included channels are displayed here. We distinguish between the following types of interaction:

  • Comment

  • Shared/Retweets

  • Like

  • Dislike

Interaction rate

The interaction rate puts the absolute number of interactions in relation to the size of your community.

It is calculated using the following formula:

(Interactions per day ÷ Number of fans) × 100

Note: This graph does not represent the percentage of your community that actively engages with your posts. A single user can interact multiple times with different posts - each interaction is counted individually.

Short Url Clicks

“Short URL Clicks” indicate how many times a shortened URL was clicked.

Swat.io currently supports Bitly and Google as URL shortening services.

Note: Clicks can only be tracked for posts that were published via Swat.io.

Post Reach

Post reach indicates how often users were reached with a post. The reach is broken down into organic and paid impressions.

Note: Since these figures are only unique on a daily basis, we do not recommend adding up the reach of individual posts across multiple days.

The graph shows the total number of reached users per day, aggregated from all posts published on that specific day:

For X, no official reach data is provided via their API. In order to offer a comparable value, Swat.io estimates the reach as following:

Followers + Followers of users who re-postet the post

Paid

Here you can see how many of the posts published on a given day were either organic posts or paid. Currently, this distinction is only supported for Facebook:
