If you no longer have access to your authenticator app, you have lost your Swat.io recovery codes or your 2-factor authentication (2FA) simply does not work anymore for any reason, you can request the reset of your 2FA from our support team. Please follow the steps below to quickly regain access to your account.

Reasons for a 2FA reset

  • You have a new smartphone.

  • Your recovery codes are no longer available or valid.

  • You are unable to log in using your authenticator app.

Quick tip: Store your recovery codes in a safe place (e.g. a password manager) to avoid future reset requests.
