Who can activate this setting?
Only Organization Admins can enable this feature.
Once activated, it will apply to all users in all workspaces of the organization.
Where do I find this setting?
To enable mandatory 2FA for your entire organization:
Go to your settings
Administration > Organization InfoLocate the section:
“Mandatory Two-Factor Authentication”Toggle the setting to enable.
Note: In order to activate the mandatory 2-FA for your organization, you have to set up the one for your personal account first.
What happens after activation?
Once this setting is enabled:
All users who have not yet activated 2FA will be required to do so upon their next login.
Until they complete the 2FA setup, access to Swat.io will be restricted.
