Enforcing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for All Users in Your Organization

Who can activate this setting?

Only Organization Admins can enable this feature.
Once activated, it will apply to all users in all workspaces of the organization.

Where do I find this setting?

To enable mandatory 2FA for your entire organization:

  1. Go to your settings
    Administration > Organization Info

  2. Locate the section:
    “Mandatory Two-Factor Authentication”

  3. Toggle the setting to enable.

Note: In order to activate the mandatory 2-FA for your organization, you have to set up the one for your personal account first.

What happens after activation?

Once this setting is enabled:

  • All users who have not yet activated 2FA will be required to do so upon their next login.

  • Until they complete the 2FA setup, access to Swat.io will be restricted.
