Organization Settings

The Organization settings provide Swat.io-admins with centralized options to manage the organization. You can access them by clicking on your user icon at the bottom left, selecting “Settings” and then opening the “Organization Info” area under Administration.

In the central area of the screenshot below, you’ll find the following information:

Organization name & overview

At the very top, you’ll see the name of your organization, which can be edited here. Directly below, you’ll find an overview of your current workspaces, users and channels, along with the applicable limits.

General Organization Settings

  • Here you can enable mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) for all members of your organization. We recommend this setting, as it will significantly increase the security of your account.

  • If activated, AI features will be enabled within your organization for example in Publisher or Inbox (if part of your plan).

Privacy related contact information & legal documentation

In the next section, you can look up contact details for privacy related inquiries. You’ll also find legal information here, such as our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

On the right side of the screenshot, you’ll find the following:

Overview on active products

A list of Swat.io products and modules currently active in your organization.

Account Manager Contact

At the bottom right, you’ll find the contact details of your dedicated Swat.io account manager, if your subscription features a dedicated contact in our company.
