Info: You can find your profile settings under User Icon ➔ Settings ➔ Account ➔ Profile Info.
Change Profile Picture
Hover over your current avatar and click the pencil icon.
Choose a standard emoji avatar or upload your own image.
Update Name and Email
Click on the ‘Edit’ button in the Name and Email fields to:
Change your display name in Swat.io.
Update your email address.
For security reasons, changing your email address is only possible after entering your password.
Change Password
In the same section, click “Edit” next to Password.
Enter your current password, then your new password.
Confirm the new password to complete the change. You will then receive a confirmation email that your password has been successfully updated.
Two‑Factor Authentication (2FA)
Click on Two-Factor Authentication and then on "Enable 2FA" or "Manage 2FA" if you want to manage an already active 2FA. You can find more information about setting up 2FA here.
If 2FA is already active, you have the following options:
Generate new recovery codes.
Switch your authenticator app.
Or deactivate your 2FA. This option is not available if 2FA is enforced at the organization level.
Important: Safely store your recovery codes to ensure access if you switch devices or lose access to your one-time codes.
