Monitoring Tickets in Swat.io Inbox

Monitoring results appear in Swat.io just like regular social‑media events—as individual tickets in your inbox. Each match generates its own ticket, which you can archive or process further after review.

Monitoring Tickets in Inbox

As soon as Swat.io finds new hits for your defined search terms, a new ticket will automatically be created in your inbox. These tickets are behaving similar to those from social‑media channels and offer the following options for interaction depending on the network:

Channel Filter in Inbox

In the left‑hand channel list, your monitoring channels appear in their own group. You can show or hide this group just like any other channel to keep your view organized.

Below each monitoring group, you can also individually select which social‑media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, X, Web, YouTube) you want to be displayed. When receiving a lot of results, this lets you filter specifically for various channels in your inbox:
