Explanation

In this part of Swat.io Analytics, you gain deeper insights into the structure of your community. A table displays the interactions of active members, which can be filtered by various criteria. This also allows you to better evaluate the quality of the community's contribution to your content.

Info: This feature is part of our Large- and Custom-packages. You can find more details on the packages and the included features here.

Details

In the table shown below, you can see the interaction of active members in selected channels. The table can be sorted as desired, for example in descending order by total number of interactions. This total number consists of the sum of posts, comments and replies of each member.

In the top dropdown menu, you can narrow down the timeframe of the results and also select specific tags to analyze particular user groups.

In the right column of the table, you can see which sentiment a user has been tagged with, e.g. positive, neutral or negative. In Swat.io, there are three ways to assign sentiment to comments:

  • You can manually assign a negative, neutral, or positive sentiment to individual comments.

  • Swat.io AI can automatically analyze and assign sentiment. More details can be found in the corresponding helpcenter-article linked here.

  • The third possibility is to set up an automation to assign sentiment based on specific keywords found in user replies.

With these criteria, you can quickly identify whether particularly active users are also contributing high-quality comments to your posts.

Quick Tip: By clicking on the name of a user, you'll be redirected to respective user's profile in Swat.io.
