Explanation

You can set the mood of a certain user comment (sentiment) next to each user comment, in order to classify it as positive, neutral or negative. This is done with three different emojis. The more comments are tagged with a sentiment, the more meaningful the evaluations in Analytics become.

Info: This feature is included in our Medium-, Large- and Custom-packages. You can find more details on the packages and the included features here.

The classification of user-comments can take place in Swat.io in different ways:

  • You can manually add positive, neutral or negative sentiment to individual comments;

  • Swat.io AI can automatically analyze and add sentiment. More details can be found in the corresponding helpcenter-article linked here;

  • The third possibility is to set up an automation to assign sentiment based on specific keywords found in user's reply.

Graph

In the graph under Analytics > Community > Sentiment, you can see the sentiments assigned within the selected time period. The colored areas show the proportion of positive (green), neutral (orange), and negative (red) ratings.
