In general scheduled posts are automatically matched with already published posts based on their similarities in text or links. This is useful if, for example, you want to publish a planned post directly via the social media channel (i.e. not automatically via Swat.io). The published post is then matched with the already existing post in the calendar and therefore you avoid the find duplicates of the same post in calendar.

Deactivate matching of imported posts
In case this feature is not suitable for your workflow or if you want to publish identical content multiple times, you can disable our automated post-matching manually.
Info: In order to access the workspace settings or to add a new channel in Swat.io, you need permissions as "workspace manager". In case you don't have this permission, please reach out to a workspace manager or Swat.io Admin in your organization.
To access this setting, follow these steps:
Open the general "Workspace Settings" in the bottom left by clicking on your account name;
If you have the necessary permissions in Swat.io, you'll see the "Channels" option in the "Workspace" section on the left;
Select a channel for which you want to disable this feature and scroll down to the "Match Imported Posts" item.
Important: Disabling the matching of published posts needs to be done individually for each channel within Swat.io.
