In general scheduled posts are automatically matched with already published posts based on their similarities in text or links. This is useful if, for example, you want to publish a planned post directly via the social media channel (i.e. not automatically via Swat.io). The published post is then matched with the already existing post in the calendar and therefore you avoid the find duplicates of the same post in calendar.

Deactivate matching of posts
In case this feature does not suit your workflow or if you want to publish identical content multiple times, you can disable post-matching manually.
Important: Disabling the matching of published posts needs to be done individually for each channel.
You can find this setting in the Workspace Settings under the "Publisher" section.
From there, navigate to the relevant channel in the channel list:
Info: In order to access the workspace-settings or to add a new channel in Swat.io, you need permissions as “workspace manager”. In case you don’t have this permission, please contact your Swat.io administrator.
