To access the workspace-settings, click on your user account in the bottom-left corner and open the settings. If your Swat.io admin has assigned you the role of Workspace-Manager, you will find the Workspace settings there:
On the page overview you can edit the name of the workspace and possible use of an URL shortener.
Info: URL Shorteners are a feature included in our Medium-, Large- and Custom-packages. You can find more details on the packages and the included features here.
In the top navigation bar of the Workspaces section, you’ll find several tabs allowing you to quickly switch between different settings of your workspace:
Channels: Displays all social media channels linked to your workspace. You can add new channels to Swat.io or remove existing ones from here.
Members: Lists all current users in the workspace. Here you can manage their roles and permissions, as well as to add or remove users.
Teams: Allows you to create and manage groups of members in order to organize their roles and responsibilities more efficiently.
Integrations: In this tab you can connect external tools and services on workspace-level. For example our Canva-integration allows you to insert Canva-designs directly within the Publisher.
Tag Manager: This section lets you easily manage tags for categorizing conversations or content. This feature is not included in Small plans.
