In this article, you’ll learn how to easily duplicate existing posts in the Publisher to additional channels and keep them synchronized if needed.

Duplicate a Post

  1. Select the post
Open the Publisher and, in the calendar or list view, select the post you want to duplicate.

  2. Click “Duplicate”
In the action bar, click the Duplicate button.

  3. Select target channels
In the pop-up dialog, you’ll see all channels linked to your workspace. Select one or more target channels using the checkboxes.

  4. Set publication time
For each target channel, you can set a custom date and time. You can also choose the status (Suggested or Approved) and assign the post to a specific team member.

  5. Confirm duplication
Click Duplicate to create the copy. You can then open your duplicated post directly. Your original post will remain unchanged.

Tip: To quickly duplicate posts in the calendar view, select them directly in the calendar and then use the Duplicate button in the action bar.

  1. Synchronizing duplicates
If you have duplicated your post to multiple channels, you can keep later changes consistent:

  2. Open the Composer
Open either the original post or one of its duplicates in the Composer from which you want to synchronize changes.

  3. Go to the Duplicates tab
In the top right of the Composer, switch to the Duplicates tab. Here you’ll see a list of all created copies.

  4. Select posts
Tick the checkboxes next to the duplicates you want to update.

  5. Select changes
Choose the changes you want to synchronize with your selected duplicates.

  6. Synchronize changes
Click Synchronize changes. All selected duplicates will then be automatically updated with the current content of the original.
