In this article, you will learn how to upgrade your Swat.io license – either by choosing a larger plan or by adding additional add-ons and extensions such as channels, users, workspaces, or the Inbox for your community management.
Upgrade your Plan
You can easily upgrade your plan in the organization settings under “Billing ”. Click the “Change Plan” or “Upgrade” button to upgrade your license.
If you are already using the Inbox add-on, its plan will be automatically adjusted to match the Publisher plan when you upgrade. All channel, user, and workspace limits are automatically updated with the new plan.

If you want to add additional channels, users, or workspaces to the Large plan, you can also do this under “Billing and License.” In the usage overview, click “Manage” and use the “+” symbol to select the desired number.
Adding the Inbox as an Add-On
On the “Billing” page, you can also add our Inbox product as an add-on to the Publisher for your community management. Click “Add” to proceed. On the following page, you’ll see an overview of the additional costs.
The Inbox plan size always matches your current Publisher license and will automatically scale if you extend channels, users, or workspaces.
Note:
For an upgrade, your organization will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining billing period.
The full price of the new plan will be due at the start of the next billing cycle.
The new plan, as well as additional channels, users, and workspaces, will be available immediately after the change.
The same applies when adding the Inbox.
All upgrades are free during the trial period.
