If you want to switch to a smaller plan or remove additional channels, users, or workspaces from the "Large" package, you can do this in the organization settings under "Billing and License".

Downgrading the package size

  • Downgrading Package Size:
In the settings, go to "Billing and License". Click on the "Change License" button to adjust your current package.

  • Feature Comparison:
A table featuring the included functions of each plan is available further down. If you're already using the Inbox add-on, it will automatically adapt to the new license. This includes new limits for channels, users, and workspaces as well as the price.

After selecting your future package, you'll be redirected to an overview where the downgrade, updated cost, and the date of the change are summarized. Confirm to finalize your changes.

Downgrading channels, users & workspaces

  • Removing Additional Bookings:
The removal of channels, users, or workspaces in the "Large" package is also done under "Billing and License" by clicking "Manage" in the usage overview.

  • Details About Removal:
Use the "–" icon to remove individual items. The minimum amount defined in the "Large" package will always remain.

  • Confirming Price and Scope Changes:
By clicking "Continue", you can review and confirm the price change and the newly defined scope of features.

Note: Active users cannot be reduced without first removing them from the organization.

Removing Inbox from your plan

  • Removing From Your Package:
The Inbox add-on can also be removed via the "Billing" section. Click "Cancel License / Add-ons".

  • Confirming the Cancellation:
After selecting "Cancel Add-ons", a window will open allowing you to accept the price change.

Important: All changes take effect immediately, but reduced costs for downgrades will be reflected in your next invoice.
