In this article, you will learn how to create your custom reports from Swat.io as PDF or Excel files and how to download these manually. Swat.io also offers the option to export your custom dashboards automatically and to schedule these exports individually.

With reports, you can generate custom analyses for your channels as PDF or Excel files. You can define a specific time period in which all interactions and metrics are included.

The manual report in the Reports-Explorer gives you an overview of the following metrics:

You can manually choose the time period for which the report should be compiled. Additionally, you can optionally define a comparison period to put the values into context. You can also select any number of your channels to include in the report.

The third way to narrow down the report results is through additional filters. Similar to the time period and channel selection, you can define the following options: post type, promotion of the post, campaign and tags.

Using the Export button in the top right corner, you can export the report in the Explorer at any time as a PDF or Excel file. The export will then be sent to you per email and contains the data from the Explorer with your custom filters for the selected time period.

If you navigate to one of your dashboards, you can use the "Share & Schedule" button to export the report for your custom dashboard.
