"Help me Reply" with AI

Written by Florian Triller-Windisch

The "Help me reply" feature allows you to compose an individual AI-generated response to incoming comments or messages. For each message, you provide the AI with a specific instruction - for example, what format the reply should follow or what information it should include.

Unlike AI Replies, "Help me reply" works without stored company knowledge. It is not possible to store company information or reply guidelines in the channel settings that automatically flow into generated replies. Each reply must therefore be individually guided and does use context from previous conversations.

Info: "Help me reply" is available in our Enterprise plans, as well as in all other plans if the AI Replies feature has been disabled at channel level.

What is "Help me reply"?

"Help me reply" is a manual AI support feature in the Swat.io Inbox. You can give the AI an individual instruction – for example, the tone, the content or a specific piece of information and you will receive a tailored reply suggestion in return.

This feature is particularly useful for more complex inquiries that require a customised reply or for teams that need precise control over AI-generated content.

How to use "Help me Reply"

  1. Open a ticket in the Inbox.

  2. Click "Reply" to open the reply field and select the "Help me Reply" option.

  3. Enter your instruction in the text field - describe what the reply should look like (e.g. tone, specific information, length, emojis, hashtags).

  4. The AI will generate a suggestion that you can accept, adjust or discard.

  5. Send the finished reply using the "Send" button.

Once you have accepted the suggestion from "help me reply" into the reply field, you can refine it further in the next step. Therefore use AI Enhance and fine-tune your text without having to re-write it manually.

Note: This feature is based on artificial intelligence. Results may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Please review AI-generated content carefully before sending. The final responsibility for content and tone always lies with you.
