In the user settings you adjust your personal preferences in Swat.io, from language and time zone to ticket behaviour and absence notes, so you can ensure that your interface and workflows are optimally tailored to you.
Navigation to the settings
Click the user icon at the bottom left.
Select Settings.
In the left navigation bar, open Account > User Settings.
Available settings
Interface language
Choose between German and English to set the UI language.
Time zone
Set your preferred time zone.
All time indications for posts and comments will be displayed in this time zone.
Tip:
Changing the time zone does not affect the actual times of already scheduled posts, only how they are displayed to you.
Ticket behavior after an action
Decide what should happen after the following actions:
Reply
Archive
Ignore
Example: Selecting Show inbox will return you directly to your ticket inbox after archiving.
First day of the week
Choose whether Monday or Sunday is shown as the start of the week in the calendar view.
Out of office notice
Disabled: Other team members can assign posts and tickets to you.
Enabled: No new posts or tickets can be assigned to you.
Important:
Only activate the out-of-office notice when you are truly unavailable, otherwise important tickets may remain assigned to you.
