In the user and access management section, you define who is allowed to access your Swat.io workspace and which permissions each team member has. Invite new users, assign roles, and adjust permissions at any time.
Navigation to Access Management
Click on your user icon in the bottom left corner, then select Settings.
In the left sidebar, choose Administration, then Users.
Invite Users
Click Invite Users in the top right corner.
Enter the email address of the new team member.
Then select whether the user is allowed to manage workspaces
After that, you can send the invitation.

With the permission Manage Workspaces, the user can manage everything within a workspace, including the permissions of other users in that workspace as well as the tokens of channels.
