With the Monitoring feature, you can track social media platforms and the broader web for defined search terms. In Swat.io Analytics, Monitoring data is displayed alongside your channel statistics - but not all standard Analytics metrics apply to Monitoring. This article explains which functions and data are available for Monitoring tickets.

  • Sentiment captures the tone surrounding your keyword.

  • Reach cannot be calculated, as it’s not feasible to measure internet-wide reach for a search term.
