In order to publish posts or receive messages/comments in Swat.io, you need to have the respective channel (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.) connected to your workspace in Swat.io first.
Info: In order to access the workspace-settings or to add a new channel in Swat.io, you need permissions as “workspace manager”. In case you don’t have this permission, please contact your Swat.io administrator.
Adding a new channel to Swat.io
To add a new channel in Swat.io, follow these steps:
Click on your account name to open "settings" in the following menu.
In the "Workspace" section, you will find "Channels".
At the top right of the channel overview, klick the button "Add channel"
