To publish posts or receive messages/comments in Swat.io, you first need to connect the respective channel (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.) to your workspace. Follow these steps:
Note: If you don’t see the Workspace Settings section in Swat.io, you don’t have Workspace Manager rights. Please contact a team member with the appropriate permissions.
1. Navigate to Workspace Settings
In Swat.io, click your profile icon in the bottom left, then select Settings → Workspaces → General.
2. Open the Channels tab
Click the Channels tab at the top. Here you’ll see all channels already connected to your workspace.
3. Add a Channel
Click Add Channel in the top right corner, then choose the desired network from the list (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
4. Authorize with your Credentials
A login window for the selected network will open. Sign in with your account and grant Swat.io the required permissions. For each network, you can find a step-by-step guide here.
