In order to publish posts or receive messages/comments in Swat.io, you need to have the respective channel (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.) connected to your workspace in Swat.io first.
Info: In order to access the workspace-settings or to add a new channel in Swat.io, you need permissions as “workspace manager”. In case you don’t have this permission, please contact your Swat.io administrator.
1. Navigate to Workspace Settings
Click on your profile icon on the bottom left and open the settings menu. Scroll down to the section "Workspace" and click on "channels". Here you can see all channels connected the workspace.
2. Add a Channel
Click "Add Channel" in the top right corner, then choose the desired network from the list (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
3. Authorize with your Credentials
A login window for the selected network will open. Sign in with your account and grant Swat.io the required permissions. For each network, you can find a step-by-step guide here.
