Explanation
The interaction statistics in our Swat.io analytics-section provide an overview of how the community interacts with your channels within a period of time you can select yourself. Different types of interactions are distinguished, such as posts, comments, likes, shares or link clicks. This gives you a clear summary of your community’s overall engagement.
Total interactions
The total number of interactions is displayed in a graph. The timeframe can be selected freely:
Note: Only interactions from the community to a channel are displayed here – not outgoing interactions from the channel to the community.
Posts
This graph focuses solely on posts from your community.
Posts include the following:
@Mentions
Facebook Community Posts
Private messages
The first message of a certain user to a WhatsApp channel
Comments & Replies
All comments and replies to posts are displayed here graphically.
Multiple replies from the same user are counted individually.
Replies in private conversations are also included.

Shows how often community posts received a like.
On Facebook, „wow“, „happy“, „sad“, „haha“ and „love“ are also counted as likes.
On YouTube, dislikes are subtracted from likes.
Shares & Re-Posts
Shows how often a post or re-post has been shared by fans.
Only posts created by a channel connected in Swat.io are counted.
Posts created by fans themselves are not included.
Short URL Clicks
Displays how often the community clicked on shortened links.
Quick Tip: If you are using separate URL shorteners for each channel, you can track the clicks per channel.
