Explanation

The interaction statistics in our Swat.io analytics-section provide an overview of how the community interacts with your channels within a period of time you can select yourself. Different types of interactions are distinguished, such as posts, comments, likes, shares or link clicks. This gives you a clear summary of your community’s overall engagement.

Total interactions

The total number of interactions is displayed in a graph. The timeframe can be selected freely:

Note: Only interactions from the community to a channel are displayed here – not outgoing interactions from the channel to the community.

Posts

This graph focuses solely on posts from your community.

Posts include the following:

  • @Mentions

  • Facebook Community Posts

  • Private messages

  • The first message of a certain user to a WhatsApp channel

Comments & Replies

Graph that shows you the Interactions in Swat.io

All comments and replies to posts are displayed here graphically.

  • Multiple replies from the same user are counted individually.

  • Replies in private conversations are also included.

Likes

Graph that shows you the Interactions in Swat.io

Shows how often community posts received a like.

  • On Facebook, „wow“, „happy“, „sad“, „haha“ and „love“ are also counted as likes.

  • On YouTube, dislikes are subtracted from likes.

Shares & Re-Posts

Shows how often a post or re-post has been shared by fans.

  • Only posts created by a channel connected in Swat.io are counted.

  • Posts created by fans themselves are not included.

Short URL Clicks

Displays how often the community clicked on shortened links.

Quick Tip: If you are using separate URL shorteners for each channel, you can track the clicks per channel.
