In the inbox settings, you can find options that help you maintain a better overview and work more efficiently within Swat.io Inbox.
Where to find the inbox settings
Info: In order to access the workspace-settings in Swat.io, you need permissions as “workspace manager”. In case you don’t have this permission, please contact your Swat.io administrator.
Open the general “Workspace Settings” by clicking on your account name in the bottom left corner.
Navigate to the “Inbox” section.
Here, you will find options to define the retention period for tickets in the inbox, as well as to create and manage reply templates that can be shared and used by all users within the workspace.
Automate ticket deletion
With that option you can define after which period tickets should get deleted automatically - for example, for data protection reasons. Please note that the maximum retention period depends on your current Swat.io plan:
Small: Up to 1 year of data storage
Medium: Maximum of 2 years data storage
Large and Custom plans: Unlimited data storage
Options for restricting these periods:
None: Tickets are not automatically deleted (see maximum retention period).
Based on last interaction: Swat.io automatically deletes tickets, if the last activity (incoming message or user action) exceeds a defined timeframe.
Based on creation date: Automatically deletes tickets once a certain timeframe since the initial ticket creation date is reached.
Important: Deleted tickets cannot be restored. This also includes all associated statistics (e.g. interactions, community metrics, ...).
Manage presets (templates)
Info: This feature is included in our Large- and Custom-packages. You can find more details on the packages and it's included features here.
Here you can find the following options:
Create new presets;
Edit or delete existing presets;
Export presets.
You can find more information about using and creating new presets in the corresponding helpcenter-article here.
