Here's how to integrate your TikTok business account into Swat.io to plan and publish content and manage comments centrally.
Requirements
Only business accounts can be added. You can find out how to switch your account here.
In order to add a new TikTok account to Swat.io, you need to be logged in with the respective TikTok account in the same browser as Swat.io.
Info: In order to access the workspace settings or to add a new channel in Swat.io, you need permissions as "workspace manager". In case you don't have this permission, please reach out to a workspace manager or Swat.io Admin in your organization.
Add channel
To add a TikTok channel to Swat.io, follow these steps:
Open the general "Workspace Settings" by clicking on your account name in the bottom-left corner;
Navigate to the "Channels" section;
Click the "Add Channel" button in the top-right corner;
In the "Main channels" section select "TikTok";
In the following pop-up, you will be asked to agree to the terms of service of both Swat.io and TikTok.
Follow the OAuth authentication to connect your TikTok Business Account.
