In this article, you’ll learn what to do if your payment for Swat.io was unsuccessful and how to reactivate your subscription.
Is There a Payment Grace Period?
If a payment fails, there is a five-day grace period.
If an administrator of your organization logs in during this period, a corresponding message will appear:
Retry the Payment
Click “Pay now” to open the payment confirmation page. There you can:
retry the payment, or
add a new payment method.
After clicking “Confirm Payment”, the transaction will be processed again.
Until the payment is successfully received, the affected product remains in the grace period.
Once the payment has been completed, it will be displayed under Billing in your settings.
What Happens If I Can’t Pay Within the Grace Period?
If a product is not paid within the grace period, it will be automatically suspended.
Each time an administrator logs in to Swat.io, the following message will appear:
Options for a Suspended Account
You now have two options available:
Go to settings
Takes you directly to the general Swat.io settings.
Start checkout
Takes you to the Billing page, where the suspended product can be reactivated or a new subscription can be created.
Reactivating a Product
Click “Reactivate” to view the available plans. You can either select your previously used plan again or switch to a different one. After selecting your desired plan, you’ll be redirected to the billing page to confirm your purchase.
Once the payment has been successfully processed, the product can be used immediately.
