With Advanced or Premium Insights you can jump straight from many widgets into the underlying raw data. The Raw Data View shows you at post, ticket or comment level which specific content makes up a given metric, and lets you open it directly.
Opening the Raw Data View
Via the widget: Click the table icon in the top right of the widget filter to open the Raw Data View for the entire widget;
Click on individual data points: Click directly on a data point in the chart to see only the underlying data for that point in time;
Icon next to individual channel names: Hover over a channel in the channel overview and open the Raw Data View for that specific channel.
What you see in the Raw Data View
Each row in the table represents a specific post, ticket or comment. Clicking a row takes you directly to the post or ticket.
Available widgets
The Raw Data View is available for numerous widgets across Post Performance, Ticket Performance and Comments. You can find a complete overview of all widgets in the article Dashboard Widgets Explained.
Good to know
The time range and channels of the source widget are carried over automatically;
The carried-over filters cannot be changed within the Raw Data View itself;
The Raw Data View is available in all widgets in the Insights Explorer and in individual dashboards, for all users with an Insights Add-on, regardless of full or read-only access.
