The Inbox section in the Swat.io Insights Explorer allows you to analyze incoming comments and messages across your connected channels. Here you will get insight into comment and message volume as well as the team's handling of community inquiries.
What is analyzed?
The Inbox overview in the Explorer is based on comments and messages received in Swat.io. You gain insight into:
the volume of incoming comments and messages
the development of message volume over time
your team’s handling and response times
Available metrics
Message volume
Metrics on received comments and messages within the selected time period.
Development of message volume within the selected time period.
Processing status
Number of open, processed or closed messages.
Average time to (first) response.
You can find answers to the following questions
How many messages were received during the selected time period?
How quickly does your team respond to inquiries?
Are there periods with particularly high message volume?
What is the proportion of unanswered messages?

Note: Not all filters are available for every widget and certain post-related filters can only be applied to specific widgets (e.g. the "post type" filter used in the "follower growth widget").
Transfer to dashboards
From our Medium plan onwards, it is also possible to transfer any widget from this view directly into an individual dashboard using the currently selected filters. The selected time range, channels and active filters are automatically applied.

The analysis is based on comments and messages received in Swat.io.
Not all networks provide identical messaging data.
Message data is only available from the time the channel was connected.
