Add a channel
Go to Workspace Settings.
Click on “Channels”.
In the upper-right corner, click on “Add Channel”.
Choose “X” as the channel type.
Info: In order to access the workspace-settings or to add a new channel in Swat.io, you need permissions as “workspace manager”. In case you don’t have this permission, please contact your Swat.io administrator.
Authorize your X Account
If you are not yet connected to X:
Click “Authorize”.
A confirmation window by X will appear asking you to authorize Swat.io.
Click “Authorize app” to confirm.
Important: If the X account in question is a government account, it must not be connected to Swat.io.
During the connection process, you are also required to confirm that this is not a government account.
After successful authorization, you will be redirected back to Swat.io.
You will now see a list of your X accounts.
Select the one you want to connect and click “Add” to complete the process.
